All items are shipped using Australia Post or a Courier Service. 

We post the items within five to seven business days after the payment is received.

While we endeavour to do our best to deliver in a timely manner we are sometimes constrained by the delivery services we use.

Unfortunately, with the boom internet shopping there are sometimes delay beyond our control.

Street address is recommended for speedy delivery.

Avoid the Christmas rush for all orders intended to be received by Christmas day, please make sure you place your order on or before 28th of November.

Due to higher postal demand during Christmas delays in shipping are often experienced, therefore ordering earlier rather than later is recommended.

If you are not happy with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving of the item on

Forever Exotic cannot be responsible for lost or stolen goods due to incorrect addressing or incorrectly signed parcels.

Please note once the parcel has been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may occur.

Damaged Items
We inspect and pack our products carefully to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition.

If you do receive a damaged item please contact us at within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.

For damaged products, we may ask you to provide photos of the damage so we can investigate the issue further.
