Shipping & Returns
All items are shipped using Australia Post or courier service. Deliveries within Australia are sent via Registered Post and received within five business days. Some remote / offshore locations have an increased delivery time of 1 to 2 days.
International Deliveries are sent by Australia Post Air Mail and take approximately 3 - 12 days depending on Customs within your country.
Orders received on Friday will be shipped for Monday delivery.
Please Note: Although we make every attempt possible to ship all orders received on Friday this is not a guaranteed service.
Your order will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive an email then the item has not yet been shipped - you can call us on 0413 743 939 or 0433 042 263 to find out the status of your order.
A signature will be required on delivery so please ensure you specify a delivery address where someone will be available 9 - 5, Mon to Fri.

For all National orders over AUD$150.01 will be delivered free.Returns and Exchanges:
