The Company

Forever Exotic is a mail order and retail company with a passion for products specialising in Himalayan salt crystals that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also benefit people's well-being. With clients from all walks of life we are able to help educate our clients regardless of what situation they are in.
With our head office at U2/47 Rushdale St Knoxfield in the east of Melbourne, Australia we work primarily with Australian clients. However our passion for our products recognises no boundaries and we are happy to assist people from around the world.
We are committed to educating and serving our clients to help them on their journey in life by offering a range of some of the most unique and beautiful products from around the globe.

The driving force behind the company is Zoey and Jan Mikkelsen and you can read a little more about them and their philosophies below.

Zoey Mikkelsen - Founder

Zoey with over 25 years in customer service and business has experienced all sorts of products in the market place. Zoey is very particular about how she is served in the market place and knows what “service” is all about. Zoey’s passion is to educate as many people as possible about the benefits of the products she markets while forming long-term relationships with customers. Zoey believes in good service and loves dealing with people. When not working on the business, Zoey loves to spend time with hubby and three children and her first grandchild and taking Thunder for a walk (Zoey and Jan’s Scotch Collie).

Jan Mikkelsen - Co-founder

Jan has over 25 years in business ownership and work in varied professions such as sales, marketing and even factory work. Jan has a passion for helping and educating people and loves researching new product lines and how they can benefit people. Jan has a knack of being able to communicate on a broad range of topics in a very easy to understand manner. He can make it as easy as you like or get into the real nitty gritty technical stuff.

“Having worked in a lot of niche markets with specialised products I have had to learn how to educate people and just love adding to people’s knowledge. I believe that every person you meet knows something you don’t so take the time to find out something about them.”

Jan’s loves outside of business are his wife and family as well as good music, good sport and good company.
